Any way you’d like! Your assistant can use any app or workflow you’re already using. For example, if you communicate primarily via email, your assistant will email you. If you use WhatsApp, your assistant will chat with you there. If you prefer talking on the phone, your assistant will call you, etc.

Just let us know and we’ll handle it. If your assistant quits mid-week or you need a different assistant, we will work quickly to replace them. If you want to change their schedule and adjust how many hours they work per week, tell us and we’ll make the adjustment.

There is no additional fee for additional hours. Both the Remote Personnel and the client must come to an agreement on any increases. Clients have the option to hire additional assistants as needed.

Indeed, most of all of our remote personnel have a bachelor certificate or are currently studying college in the most prestigious universities in Latin America. Our employees are from lawyers to engineering students.

Remote hires through a very selective filter of prospects guided by our qualified HR team. The process consists in a very explicative audio sent by the prospect VA describing their previous work experience, skills and vision for life. Then they fill the job application explaining their abilities and usefulness. After, we start the interview process deepening a little bit more in the prospect’s profile until we find them the perfect match with the perfect client!

You can hire the Remote Personnel for as long as you need and for any project you require them for.
