4. Choosing your profesional
We originate a specific chat in WhatsApp just dedicated to your business and we send you at least 2 or more professionals who we think would be a good fit for you. Then we will send you their audios stating their values, educational background and you can also verify their English level.
5. Start training
Once you’ve identified your perfect Remote Personnel, we’ll put them in contact with you through a WhatsApp group chat. Then you can give them other instructions or any other message platform you feel comfortable with.
6. Quality control
Once started, we track every minute of progress made by the VA through our tracking system such as TeamLogger, so we can notice when if the professional is doing their job or not. As well, we can provide you daily / weekly / or monthly reports with the employee’s activity (you also can request another VA if the current one is not exactly what you needed)
